Elissa Ouyang

Vice President, Facilities, Fleet & Procurement
California Water Service Group

Elissa Y. Ouyang is the Vice President, Facilities, Fleet and Procurement at California Water Service Group (NYSE:CWT). Cal Water is the third-largest publicly traded water utility in the United States, providing high-quality water and wastewater services to more than two million people in over 100 communities. Ms. Ouyang oversees the development and execution of the company’s strategy in Supply Chain, Procurement, Fleet and Facilities. Under her leadership, the company accomplished many strategic initiatives to improve business efficiency and productivity, and is able to successfully combat the global supply chain challenges during the pandemic. The company has won multiple national awards in Sourcing and Supplier Diversity. Prior to her current position, Ms. Ouyang has held a range of positions at the company, including Chief Procurement Officer, Director of Information Technology and Acting District Manager.  Prior to joining the company, she worked at KPMG Consulting and at RR Donnelley & Sons.

Ms. Ouyang holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois-Chicago, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Project Management Professional.

 

Carol Britton

Carol leads organizations to improved client experience and profitability by utilizing her expertise in data analytics, lean/six sigma, outsourcing/supply partnership and team building. She is an inspirational leader who can take complex ideas and translate them into simple actions. These actions are then implemented by bringing together collaborative, cross-functional teams that can optimize results.

In her current role as Divisional Director with CBRE, she is responsible for managing and improving the operations/efficiencies of the Lexmark real estate portfolio .

Carol currently serves on the University of Pittsburgh Advisory Board for The Center for Supply Chain Management and the Sourcing Executive Council for HFS Research. Prior board roles include TruSight, LLC; Treasurer of the Women’s Bond Club; Vice Chair of the Michigan Parkinson’s Foundation and Board Member of Leading Edge Institute.

Personally, she is an avid runner with a goal to run a half marathon in each of the 50 States.

Michele Wesseling

After an extensive career in the retail sector purchasing soft and hard goods from manufacturers and wholesalers, managing logistics, and working with technology providers, Michele switched to the financial industry eleven years ago. Since that time Third Party Risk has become her passion. Today, Michele leads the Third Party Management Team within Technology who are accountable for TD Bank's Infrastructure, Cloud, and Employee Enablement Vendors, as well as the Enterprise Protect portfolio. She likes to view the services she manages for the Bank quite simply as once you open your laptop or save a file, it is likely you are using a service that Michele's Team buys. On top of that, her Team buys services that keep the Bank's data safe!

Deena Razik

Deena is a procurement and supply chain leader at GEP with vast experience in driving transformation programs for numerous clients, enabling them to create achievable plans, unlock effectiveness and efficiency, and realize ultimate sustainable results through focusing on the customer experience and digitalization.

Deena has over 15+ years of experience in management consulting focused on back-office transformation and operating model redesign, including process and organizational design, operational and systems strategy, cost reduction, and service delivery optimization.

She has led large cross-functional transformation programs for her clients increasing efficiencies and performance.  Over her multiple years of experience, she has led various transformation initiatives focused on the organizational vision, design, implementation focusing on change management throughout.

Prior to joining GEP, Deena was a key leader of the Strategy and Transformation group within EY’s Government and Public sector. Prior to EY, Deena worked in strategy and organizational transformation roles focused on operating model optimization, change management, and Procurement at Deloitte and with other consulting companies.
