Stefane Belleau is Executive Director and head of Supply Management for CBC/Radio-Canada, Canada's national public broadcaster, a federal crown corporation.He has previously held management responsibilities for corporate real estate, Supply Chain, contract management and procurement, as well as IT Governance. His career includes procurement and supply chain and operations responsibilities, including contract, capital budgets, fleet and real-estate management, and achievements in the telecommunication, financial and manufacturing sectors.He holds the SCMP designation, trained as a Six Sigma Black belt and lean procurement and holds an MBA from HEC Montreal.

As Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas, Mike is responsible for the America’s go-to-market strategy, revenue growth and field marketing execution. He brings with him 20+ years of leadership experience with growth focused companies specializing in enterprise spend management and reverse supply chain solutions. He started his spend management career with e-Sourcing pioneer, FreeMarkets, then held leadership positions at multiple spend management software start-ups and worked at A.T. Kearney. Most recently he held the role of Senior Vice President, Global Sales for Liquidity Services, where he was responsible for the transformation of six legacy sales teams (formed through M&A) into one integrated global sales organization. With a passion for building, leading and scaling global client-facing teams, Mike has dedicated his career to implementing innovative solutions that drive measurable results and enterprise value for clients. Mike was an integral executive team member in multiple roll-up strategies and successful M&A transactions.

Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Steve has held senior procurement and operations positions with large and small, public and private, and for-profit as well as non-profit organizations. He joined the College Board in 2016 after serving as Vice President of Global Sourcing at National Geographic Society, and prior to that, as Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Vertis Communications, a national printer of advertising circulars and direct mail promotions. He has also held positions at Comcast as Sr. Director of Resource Management, and Becker Group as Vice President of Operations. Hughes started his purchasing career at Hallmark Cards in Kansas City following five years of military service as a US Army officer at Fort Bragg, NC with the 82nd Airborne Division, where he completed 40 military parachute jumps.

Brett is a Director with Russell Investments’ Global Sourcing & Procurement organization and leader for the financial and outsourcing services spend category. He has more than 20 years of experience in industry, consulting and academia with a focus on procurement, strategic sourcing and global operations. Prior to Russell Investments, Brett held sourcing and procurement positions at leading Fortune 500 firms, including AT&T, Microsoft, Nike and Costco. Brett helps organizations improve source-to-pay processes, enhance complex supplier relationships and mature their organization’s service delivery model. Mr. Miller is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) and holds an MBA from The University of Washington and a BA from Oregon State University.

Kristian O’Meara joined the team in 2001. In his role as JAGGAER’s Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives, Kristian is focused on JAGGAER’s high growth areas: JAGGAER’s Partner Network, Supplier Value Creation, MEA, APAC, and Corporate Development. His teams are focused on working with our customers, prospective customers, partners, and suppliers’ executive leadership teams to identify, create, capture and optimize outcomes and value via JAGGAER’s enabling technologies. He brings more than 20 years of experience in procurement, IT and supply chains, helping organizations to drive financial results, innovation and organizational excellence while managing risk. Prior to joining JAGGAER, he held various positions within the supply chain solutions consulting practice for Ernst & Young/Cap Gemini.
Kristian holds a degree in Business Administration from Ohio State University, Max Fisher College of Business, and is an alumnus of the Columbia Business School Executive Education Program.
