1. If your company has a managed travel program, do you use a Travel Management Company, such as American Express or BCD, or, do you use an Online Travel Agency, such as Orbitz for Business?
2. Do you manage a global travel program or, is it US based only?
3. Do you pay for TMC or OTA services as an overall management fee or, on a per transaction basis?
