We are wondering whether any SIG members have any Supplier Relationship Management Program best practices &/or lessons learned to share as we design and rollout a program of our own. We would like to learn what works well and what hasn’t for companies that have implemented a program themselves. We would also be interested in locating any white papers or strategy articles about SRM best practices.
