SIG Events Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

These terms and conditions apply to all active registrants for SIG events:

General Disclosure to All Registrants and Attendees:

Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) discloses to you, the individual, that the information collected in connection with: SIG event registrations (including but not limited to SIG Summits, SIG|ONE-DAY Events, Executive Roundtables, CPO-EXEC EXCHANGES, and Webinars); services (including but not limited to Peer2Peer responses, Career Network postings and SIG Resource Center (SRC) requests); membership inquiries; and content (including but not limited to sponsored content, SRC downloads and marketing campaigns) is being transmitted to a U.S. based business. For specific information on how SIG uses data responsibly and appropriately, please refer to the SIG Privacy Policy. In certain situations, SIG partners with outside sponsors, who sign a Provider Code of Conduct, and shares limited information with those companies. Details for how we share data with outside sponsors and third party providers can also be found in the SIG Privacy Policy.

Terms and Conditions for Provider and Sponsor Registrants and Attendees:

SIG's Provider Code of Conduct is applicable to all providers, advisors, consultants, and non-practitioners. I understand that registration at a SIG virtual or in-person event is dependent on our company's commitment to sponsoring the event. As part of that sponsorship, I understand that myself and my company are subject to SIG's Provider Code of Conduct.

Refund and Seat Credit Conditions for All Registrants and Attendees of SIG Summits:

Delegates who wish to cancel their attendance at a SIG Summit must do so in writing, either via email or a formal letter. The cancellation request must be received by Sourcing Industry Group (SIG) at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the start date of the event. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the delegate forfeiting any entitlement to a refund.

Cancellation made within the two-week period: Delegates who cancel their attendance within two weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund, and no seats will be credited back to their account.

Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, family emergencies), delegates may submit a written appeal to Sourcing Industry Group (SIG). The organization will review such appeals on a case-by-case basis and may consider offering a refund or seat credit at its discretion.
