With 20 years of staffing and contingent workforce management experience, Tamara Reyes plays a fundamental role on the managed services (MSP) business development team at Allegis Global Solutions (AGS).
As a director of human capital solutions, Tamara is tasked with helping qualify and assess new opportunities, and validating that AGS’ solutions fit our clients’ requirements while capturing their business needs/challenges. Within her role, Tamara works closely with AGS’ operations, finance, implementation, business intelligence, and market analytics teams to ensure our clients receive the best final solutions.
Over the past 20 years, Tamara has fostered her industry experience and impacted clients through numerous roles at Allegis Group. Serving as a recruiter, account manager, and director of national accounts, Tamara has worked with candidates and clients to foster strong relationships, support regional needs and challenges, consult with companies on market trends and competitive data on their industry, and expand business to further drive success.
Being a cancer survivor, Tamara takes pride in overcoming obstacles and finding solutions to tough problems. She is also passionate about helping others not only find success, but their stride as well.
Tamara earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of LaVerne. She currently resides in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
