Reduce YoY Spend: Move from a Manual to an Automated Contingent Workforce Program

This session will examine how a national healthcare corporation prepared and identified a solution for a significant shortage of practitioners in an environment where costs for contingent labor were always growing and the organization faced challenges in care continuity and operational deficiencies. Without a solution, the organization was missing opportunities to leverage preferred vendors with favorable contract terms and rates, negotiate lower rates and more consistent practitioners and where multiple, undocumented processes existed.
