Process mining plays a key role in enabling operational excellence and accelerating organizations’ digital transformation journeys by providing a fact-based approach to discovering, monitoring, and optimizing as-is processes. In this report, we study 19 process mining technology providers and position them on Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix®, categorizing them into Leaders, Major Contenders, and Aspirants based on their capabilities and offerings.
