Our organization is struggling to build and maintain a best-in-class supplier relationship management program. We would appreciate insights and feedback from SIG members, specifically:
How do we strategize and build the best program? Who are our stakeholders and decision makers?
What are the program goals and objectives? What can be realistically accomplished?
What must we consider in terms of regulations and ethics?
How do we determine which suppliers should be included in this program (i.e. which are "strategic" suppliers?)
What should we watch out for?
