We are asking the SIG member community if anyone has used any contingency audit firms to review accounts payable invoices, and if so, can you provide the names of those firms?
We are looking for firms that may:
1. Identify invoice categories for mining pricing compliance against contract
2. Provide demand-related strategies - to identify products/services that have the potential for savings via reduced volume, process reengineering, etc. on the reduced consumption lever.
