How often does your company send your employees to visit your offshore provider? Is it quarterly, semi-annually or annually?
Do you conduct formal presentations to your offshore partners during these visits?
Do you think your company can benefit with more/less of these visits?
Would you consider the travel costs associated with these visits part of the cost of offshoring?
Do you see any benefits with sending your employees to visit your offshore partners?
