We're looking for some assistance in identifying vendors who can offer services in a specific area related to employee benefits and perks.
We're looking to undertake an RFP to identify vendors who can offer a Flex Benefits Platform in Belgium.
Essentially, a Flex Benefits Platform, sometime also referred to as a Cafeteria Plan Platform, allows employees to set aside a certain percentage of their salary/bonus to purchase benefits and perks in a tax advantageous manner in the following areas, which is just a sampling of the possible options:
Discounted Commuter Rail Tickets
Car Fuel Cards
Personal Electronics (such as laptops, pads and phones)
Warrants
Bicycles
Company Car Leases
Enhanced medical benefits
The Flex Benefits Platform allows the employee to sign on to the platform and make their benefits/perks selections during the enrollment windows set by the employer.
So far we have identified the following vendors who can provide this type of platform in Belgium: AON; Attentia; Deloitte; KPMG and EY.
Do you, or do others in your organization, know of vendors that can provide these services in Belgium other than those identified above?
