This SIG Member from the Finance Industry is in the process of negotiations with FICO to move to their new Cloud version of their Decision Management Platform. This Member is seeking insights from other Community Members who may have experience and insights to share about this type of migration.

1. How did the migration go? Was it done is stages, all at once?
2. Did the migration result in a reduction of costs?
3. When you were considering migrating to the cloud from your existing legacy system, did you consider a totally new supplier for these services? If yes, did you complete an RFP and decide to stay with FICO and migrate to the cloud? Why?
4. Has anyone successfully removed monthly or annual fee/volume minimums from their FICO relationship and still seen a cost savings?
