Regarding Utility Transmission line Maintenance (excludes distribution lines), what is the Right-of-Way supplier base to Transmission line ratio?
(This can be defined as the total companies currently providing routine vegetation maintenance services over the total transmission line distance in miles. i.e. 20 ROW Suppliers and 50,000 miles of transmission would yield a ratio of 1:2500)
