Currently our Category Sourcing Managers work with legal to draft the legal documentation. Other companies we are aware of have specialized contract negotiators/specialists that work with Category Sourcing Managers and in-house legal during contract negotiations.
We are interested in what procurement organizational models of contract negotiator are out there. In short, we would appreciate any insight into what resources are utilized by your company during contract negotiations.
