Concur Invoice - Budget module - need help with use case and features

This SIG member from the buy-side is interesting in knowing if anyone in the SIG community is using the Budget module in Concur Invoice. They need some assistance with using the tool in a real-world application. 

Some background from the member: We bought the feature but are struggling a bit on its capabilities and how our current budget process/structure would work within the system (or how it would change). We haven't had much success getting this information/demo from Concur directly unfortunately as they have only been trying to demo how to implement it – not how we can use it.

Your insights would be greatly appreciated.
