Best Practices Quality Program: Request for framework

We are in the exploratory stages of identifying a Quality Program for review and possible implementation in our Supply Chain Organization. A Quality Program takes a best practices approach by focusing on process management and refinement in Supply Chain Vendor Management, Contract Management, Tools and Resources and reporting support. Presently, we are having challenges identifying a framework or best in class industry standard as a starting point and are hoping that a Member of SIG may have something to share. Please email Mary Zampino at mzampino@sig.org with any samples. She will gladly sanitize and remit for approval, if requested.
