Navigating a Procurement Technology Reset & Organizational Transformation
This session is for leadership within a Procurement organization who are interested in learning about a peer organization's transformation journey involving people, process, and tools. In 2017/2018, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) embarked on a Procurement transformation which began with implementing a suite of e-Procurement Software. There were many lessons learned in this endeavor, and a subsequent relaunch and new journey forward occurred in 2019/2020.
