Purpose of the Position: The Marketing Campaign Manager will be eager to develop and progress, a quick learner with a great aptitude for systems and technologies with a particular interest in B2B campaign marketing. Positioned for a team player who wants to deliver a mix of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment in a role that provides opportunity to make a tangible impact on ARR. The Marketing Campaign Manager works closely with internal, and some external, stakeholders with limited client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Marketing- general
Multichannel marketing campaign design and delivery (direct or partner) to deliver new leads into the business
Design and deliver campaigns with focus on key segments for specific products. Working with digital and content functions in USA to deliver the right content, at the right time to the right leads from multiple directions
Initiatives across the marketing mix (whitepapers, research, webinars, email, social media, PR, website, ABM, advertising, video)
Build advertising campaigns in LinkedIn, DemandBase and Google ads delivering increasing numbers of conversions
Build campaign web pages, using personalisation where relevant, using tools such as Hubspot
Co-marketing with Partners using the above tactics
Lead social media strategies globally
Event management – Work with our Events Assistant to ensure regional events are delivered to meet campaign requirements in terms of messaging
Project management: videos, case studies, other marketing assets
Marketing - operations
Agency management – Content, Translation, Digital (execution), Design
Partner / prospect partner communications - strategy and delivery. Including aligning copy to persona, ensuring appropriate segmentation and data management
Reporting: create extracts on lead generation, campaign evaluation reporting, data for internal comms etc, offer insight as to how amends to strategy could help us to deliver more to the business
Marketing systems change – supporting projects to implement new systems or make amends to existing ones
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
6-8 years’ relevant marketing experience
Ability to learn new things quickly - especially software - to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent written and communication skills in business English
Adaptable and flexible – as the business grows and adapts so will you. This role will not be static, but will be a great opportunity to grow and develop whilst learning new things
Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity
Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy, can-do attitude, comfortable working in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, open-door environment.
Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail, and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Competencies:
Knowledge of VMS, Shift-based Work environment/ products, HR Tech products
SaaS / tech firm experience
Understanding of staffing and/or vendor management
Systems experience preferred – Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Campaign manager, Hootsuite, DemandBase
