Leslie Ethington

Director, Business Intelligence
Allegis Global Solutions

As director of the business intelligence team for Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), Leslie Ethington has dedicated her 23-year career to fostering her industry knowledge and expertise through various roles throughout the Allegis Group organization. Starting her career with our affiliate company, Aerotek in 1996, Leslie’s primary focus was process automation and efficiency management.

Leslie worked very closely with one of Aerotek’s largest automobile manufacturing clients to improve customer service, invoicing, and timecard management.

In 2002, Leslie moved over to the newly-founded AGS to support operations for our first implementation of a managed service provider (MSP) program with our long-standing automotive client. Additionally, Leslie worked to develop our North American business analytics team, and later served as the director, where she was responsible for ensuring the best practices and standards for reporting and analytics were delivered to AGS’ clients. Within this role, Leslie also worked closely with our business intelligence team to develop and implement AGS’ proprietary workforce intelligence tool, ACUMEN.

Today, Leslie is the leading expert in ACUMEN, and acts as product experience owner—overseeing all aspects of the user-experience design for various audiences, both internal and external.

Leslie has played an integral role in the success of AGS, and continues to add value to both our organization and our clients’ programs. Her expertise lies in solving complex business problems and telling stories with data.

Leslie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from New Hampshire College. She also completed the Business Analytics Foundation Certification program through Duke University. At AGS, Leslie served as a member of the inaugural AGS Women’s Leadership Council, and remains on the advisory board.
