Allan Katz is a Senior Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer of Guggenheim Securities. Allan joined Guggenheim Partners in May 2012 where he established the firm’s Strategic Sourcing and Expense Management function. In June 2013, he was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Guggenheim Securities. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Allan held senior planning and analysis, business strategy, and expense management roles at Citigroup, Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and Merrill Lynch. He graduated with a BA in Accounting from Binghamton University and a MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business. Allan is a Certified Public Accountant who holds a FINRA Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) certification.
