We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Indirect Sourcing Manager working Hybrid out of our Logan, Utah office.

The Indirect Sourcing Manager is a critical leadership role and will provide direction to the global iFIT organization. This position will manage the sourcing and procurement scope of indirect commodities related to operations subcontracting, engineering services, consumables, transportation and logistics, temporary labor services, travel, manufacturing works, capital equipment, tooling, MRO, construction, site services, and Vendor Manager Inventories for consumable used in manufacturing operations

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process, and contract development for indirect categories
  • Define the global sourcing strategy for indirect spend across multiple categories
  • Owns cost savings, total cost of ownership, and continuous improvement for indirect categories.
  • SaaS Procurement and governance
  • Maintain positive customer and vendor relationships
  • Develop and implement cost savings projects and financial forecasting
  • Provide global expertise and support with data mining, analysis, and reporting
  • Develop a systematic workflow to manage proposals, renewals, and total cost of ownership
  • Work with business areas and Finance to provide detailed usage analysis
  • Partner with IT professionals, subject matter experts and senior managers on technology
  • Liaising with stakeholders & be a trusted business partner
  • The role will focus on driving adoption and efficient use of the source-to-pay process through system optimization and proactive partner outreach along with sourcing management, contract management, and negotiation support where applicable
  • Review incoming and ongoing vendor engagement and contract requests
  • Support and influence negotiations with a focus on cost-reductions, spend-optimization, risk mitigation, and process compliance
  • Ensure alignment with appropriate procurement, sourcing, and/or category strategy and corporate policies through continuous dialogue with category, procurement, and business stakeholder leads
