Health Checks: How to Optimize Global Business Services Relationships with Regular Check-ups

If your organization is involved in any type of Global Business Services (GBS) relationship, whether its outsourcing (ITO/BPO/KPO), shared services or digital services and whether your relationship is onshore, offshore or nearshore, if you're not performing periodic audits of your supplier relationships you may be leaving significant business value on the table.
