Join Genentech, Inc., A Member of the Roche Group as they detail their Transformational Process Improvement Project. The project will be describe how they applied the Lean Six Sigma methodology enabling step change improvement in Contracting Process Performance and setting foundation for further transformational journey. This Contracting process redesign project was driven by a cross-functional team with a global foot-print. The team had representation from Contracting, Legal, IT System and core procurement in different geographic locations.
