Evolving the Value Proposition of Procurement in the Age of Agility and Customer Centricity

Historically, Procurement's value has generally been measured by two foundational metrics: savings and delivery.  However, a combination of disruption, changing social priorities, and the coming of the digital era are starting to evolve and augment how value is viewed and measured. Increasingly, organizations are looking to be more agile to support changing business needs and focus on customer-centricity. This session will focus on why organizations need to evolve, what new activities organizations are engaging in to create new value streams, and best practices for bringing visibility to these activities.
