Doing Good: Embracing Sustainability as a Risk Mitigation and Innovation Strategy
In 2015, world leaders came together at the United Nations and adopted a global plan to fight poverty, inequality and injustice, protect our planet and ultimately improve our collective future. Called the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the plan is predicated on 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which use laymen's terms to define a better world. If the plan is to succeed over the next 15 years, the private sector is required to play an important role.
