The Changing Landscape of Supplier Diversity and Inclusion

Organizations must look at where they have been and reassess if what they have done in the past will apply to the future – especially on the topic of supplier diversity and inclusion. Through the years, we have seen sourcing strategies change regarding supplier diversity. Nearshoring, for example, has been providing opportunities for diversity suppliers, and over this last year diversity suppliers have pivoted by looking at adjacent markets and attempting to play in those markets as well. In this session we will look at the future of procurement and at what opportunities are available in terms of supplier diversity and inclusion.
