Change Management: Change Noise Curve

Use this tool to help support your colleagues with change management initiatives. It measures Performance and Motivation against the Noise Level, identifying placement of such effects as uninformed optimism, anger, immobilization and denial, bargaining, informed pessimism, despair, hopeful realism, informed optimism, acceptance, initiative completion, and continuous improvement. It's a great way to help colleagues facing change see the journey they are embarking on and for those dealing with colleagues resisting change to show the light at the end of the tunnel.
