Building a Pathway to Success: eSourcing Implementations
In this session, FIS will discuss the nuts and bolts of their new procurement tool implementation. They will include insights on how they discovered and shortlisted potential vendors, specifically how they scored, evaluated and selected their partner. Attendees will learn about why it is important to build a project team and how to select the project team members. The speakers will address what did and did not working during implementation. Finally you will learn how assumptions stack up against true outcomes.
