Blending Talent and Spend Management: Moving Beyond Traditional Labor Category Management at Intel

It is no secret that the workforce is changing from the perspectives of both the talent (worker) and the business (you), shifting rapidly from staff augmentation to the provision of services (SOW) with or without specifically identified and billable workers.
