In this session the presenters discussed how Molina used an innovative P2P solution to drive value for the business via Procure to Pay Transformation. They provided an overview of how they built an organization that allowed them to scale the P2P process to involve everyone, from Procurement, to Accounts Payable to their Suppliers. In doing so Molina has been able to drive high level of efficiencies and strategic value for the business as a whole.
