"Leaders know that no matter what you need to negotiate, there are often easy strategies to get anything you want.

You’ll want both parties to feel positive after the negotiation is complete. In other words, emotional needs for both of you have to be met.

That’s not easy if you’re feeling as though you’re being used as a doormat. So don’t carelessly let something slip out.
